Wedding Travel Policy
Under 50 miles
Travel within 50 miles one-way of Cicero, IN (46034) is included at no additional charge with all wedding packages
Over 50 miles
Locations over 50 miles, additional mileage is billed at $0.76 per mile, calculated round trip. For example, a venue located 75 miles from Cicero would include the first 50 miles each way, with the additional 25 miles each way billed as 50 round-trip miles X $0.76 = a $38 fee
Overnight Stay
In addition to any mileage fees, if the wedding requires the photographer to drive after midnight, the client will be responsible for providing lodging and meals for the photographer and any second shooter, if applicable

Travel outside of Indiana is billed based on actual expenses, including airfare, transportation, lodging, and meals
